Made from the finest raw materials, including mother yeast from Casadonna vineyard grapes, organic soft wheat flour, free-range egg yolk, Bourbon vanilla pods, dairy butter, citrus honey, and an emulsion of Sicilian organic almonds. This Panettone undergoes four dough workings and three fermentation stages for a creamy, honeycomb texture and balanced sweetness. No preservatives. Best enjoyed at 26-28°C.
