La Toscana dei Tonni: Chianti tuna is a traditional Tuscan method of preserving pork. The meat is salted, cooked in white wine with spices, and preserved in oil, resulting in a tender, tuna-like flavor.
Ingredients: Pork meat (Italy) 72%, extra virgin olive oil (Italy) 26%, white wine, black pepper, juniper berries, bay leaf, salt, lactic acid. May contain sulphites.
